Welcome to the Animal section. Animal has fast become one of the world's leading brands in surfing, snowboarding, kitesurfing and windsurfing. Animal was formed in 1987 when two surfers decided they were fed up of going out surfing and losing their watches due to the straps breaking. They came up with the solution in the form of a webbing and velcro strap and began producing the straps to sell to friends which eventually lead to the beginning of the Animal brand.
