Delivery Policy

Delivery is FREE to anywhere in the world.

Dispatching your Order

Items are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. If for any reason your item is not in stock it will be dispatched within 4-5 working days. We will contact you to let you know if there is going to be any further delay. If you require your order urgently or need a guarenteed next day delivery please contact us.

Delivery Times

We use Interlink Express and Royal Mail to send out all UK orders. Smaller orders will be sent with Royal Mail. Delivery time is usually 1-3 working days within the UK.

International orders from within the EU usually take 3-5 working days, the rest of Europe is around 4-7 working days. The rest of the world can be anywhere between 5 -14 working days depending on country. We can arrange express delivery if you are willing to pay the extra cost although you will need to contact us first. We use a number of different couriers for International Orders depending on price and country of delivery.

Delivery times are only estimates and we cannot be held responsible for slow service from courier. We will assist in tracking your delivery down and every order sent out is insured for loss or damage.

Please note that we are not responsible for customs charges/taxes once goods enter your country of origin.
