Once your Order is Placed - Contract
Once you have placed your order your card will of been charged and you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. This e-mail does not guarentee the supply of the goods. Scotts of Langholm Limited reserve the right to cancel/refund orders for the following reasons:
- Item is out of stock (we aim to provide the buyer with information regarding stock availability however we cannot guarentee this is always 100% correct)
- Your payment cannot be processed
- We are unable to deliver to your country of origin (we aim to deliver worldwide however we may be unable to deliver to certain countries due to trade embargo, political unrest or war)
- There is a error in the price listed or the product details/image which make it not financial viable to complete the order.
Prices, Product Details & Images
All prices include the standard 15% VAT and include shipping. The price you see listed is what you pay, there are no hidden delivery charges, shipping is free worldwide.
Scotts of Langholm also reserve the right to cancel an order giving a full refund if the price/picture/colour or size displayed has misled the customer due to human and/or computer error. If this is the case we shall apologise but will suggest a suitable alternative.
Scotts of Langholm reserve the right to cancel and refund an order at any time, we aim to offer excellent delivery and customer service.
Examples of how this policy will affect a purchase made at our online store.
- Price example - Item online is £0.10, usual RRP is £20 you buy 1+ we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
- Picture example - Item advertised is for a Henri Lloyd Baselayer RRP of £30 but the picture appears to be a Musto Offshore Jacket. We reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
- Colour example - a Dark/grey Item on the drop down menu displays a Blue jacket, this is a picture mis-match. Please call to check item availability. Before placing the order to inform us of this error. If an order is placed we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
